The PCB board printing process mainly involves equipment, solder pads, vias, wiring, screen printing, and solder mask positioning holes.
PCB board: A component welded onto a PCB board, which is also the function of the PCB. It is presented on the PCB board using a pad and screen printing method.
Welding board: Connect the pins of the meta equipment to the board electrically, which corresponds to the pins of the equipment.
Wiring: The signal wire that connects the pins of the device, depending on the signal nature, current size, speed, etc., as well as the length and width of the wiring.
Through hole: Assuming that the PCB board circuit cannot complete all signal routing on one layer, the signal lines must be connected across layers through the through hole method. The method and aperture of the through hole depend on the signal characteristics and processing requirements.
